Terms & Conditions:

  • Installation of software will be within two working days from the date of receiving of P.O.
  • Quote is for single license only.
  • The above quote is exclusive of any tax. Taxes/custom duty/courier/transit/transportation cost will be charged extra as per actual according to Indian Govt rules.
  • 3 OMR sheet Designing is free. Add on Cost of INR 500/- per additional OMR sheet designed.
  • Software CD will be delivered through courier and training support will be provided online. Also the application License will be activated through Email/Desktop connectivity.
  • One year free online service support from the date of purchasing and as per company service support norms technical assistance will be provided within 24 working hours.
  • After year Client has to subscribe AMC if client wishes to get regular updates, technical assistance, and the same can be subscribed at 20% on the billed amount.
  • Onsite training charges will be extra.
  • Yomark OMR Software is available in Dongle Based also. For Dongle Extra cost will be charged i.e. INR 5,000.
    (A software protection dongle is a small piece of hardware that plugs into an electrical connector on acomputer and serves as an electronic "key" for a piece of software; the program will run only when thedongle is plugged in.)
  • If dongle is not damaged but not working properly then it will be REPLACED/REPAIRED as per the warranty condition.
  • If Dongle is mishandled and break down accidentally, a new dongle will be provided on the cost of 100 % of the total billing amount of the Dongle along with damaged dongle. If one fails to submit damaged dongle then it would be considered as new purchase and full amount has to be paid in this case.
  • Software CD will be delivered through courier and training support will be provided online. Also the application License will be activated through Email/Desktop connectivity.
  • All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
  • Cheque/D.D. can be made in favour of YOCTEL SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. payable at Delhi.
